Located on the Old Dutch Mustard site, 80 Metropolitan Avenue was inspired by its warehouse predecessor and surroundings. Phase one of this award-winning* building consists of 111 condominium units and 9 townhouses, an expansive gym, pool, and amenities space held within 180,000 SF of space. Phase two of the complex, known as 58 Met, is composed of a mix of studios, and one to three-bedroom units.
