Bergen Town Center

Conceived as an open mall in 1957 and later converted in 1972 to an enclosed mall, Vornado Realty Trust hired GF as the architect of record for the renovation/expansion of the existing facility. The existing façade was replaced to contiguously match the new expansion areas including two anchors, a Target and a renovated Century 21, a Whole Foods, and a parking garage. The interior renovation of the mall includes a new entrance court, a new double-height concourse with additional skylight areas, and improvements to storefronts overall.
