GF provided design services for a 1,900,000-SF mixed-use development on a 2.75-acre site next to the Metrotech office complex in central Brooklyn, along two major thoroughfares. The project includes over 500,000 SF of retail, approximately 280 hotel rooms, 800 residential units, and 250,000 SF of office space.
