GF transformed Fordham Place in New York City’s third-largest retail corridor into a LEED Gold-certified, 276,475 SF mixed-use development with multi-level retail and Class A office space. The project included retaining portions of the existing structure, phasing construction to renovate and expand the retail component while constructing a new tower, and adding a glass curtain wall to increase visibility for retailers. Today, the original structure accommodates three stories of retail, while the new tower rises 14 stories with more than 115,000 SF of Class A office space.
