GF designed the Fulton Street Development in downtown Brooklyn, situated along Fulton, Duffield, and Bridge Streets. The project connects the historic Offerman Building—an NYC-designated landmark in the Romanesque Revival style—with a new four-story addition. The mixed-use development includes 86,500 SF of commercial space and 124,500 SF of residential space. The addition features a steel-frame structure with a panelized precast concrete and glass storefront façade, seamlessly complementing the landmark building. A major tenant occupies space across both structures.
