Located in Nanxiang, Shanghai, GF transformed 43,000 SF of office and hospitality space into high-end residential apartments and office space. The vision was to create a symbolic outdoor plaza based on the original building footprint. The development was designed to function as a community filled with social activities within the complex; the building provides a comfortable living space environment with a networking hub, entertainment, and a health club.
