Formerly the Stella D’Oro Factory located on 237th Street, this development comprises a raze and rebuild of two existing buildings into two new retail buildings of approximately 165,000 SF with a major retailer as the anchor tenant. Due to tight site constraints, both buildings have been designed to support parking facilities above them to accommodate close to 370 parking spaces in addition to on-grade parking. To comply with zoning requirements and to facilitate vehicular access to parking above, the anchor tenant has been designed such that the main sales area is below grade, thus requiring a network vertical transportation components for customers and merchandise movement.
