Situating a multi-level, 176,000 SF shopping center, GF provided predevelopment services and architectural design. The 120,000 SF Target and an adjacent building including 56,000 SF of retail space, located at the intersection of West Kingsbridge Road and the Major Deegan Expressway, are designed to have individual vertical circulation cores, containing a vestibule with pass-through elevators. The project also includes a 630 space rooftop parking deck.
