GF provided predevelopment and architectural design services for a multi-level, 176,000 SF shopping center at the intersection of West Kingsbridge Road and the Major Deegan Expressway. The project includes a 120,000 SF Target and an adjacent 56,000 SF retail building, each designed with individual vertical circulation cores featuring vestibules with pass-through elevators. A 630-space rooftop parking deck completes the development, supporting both convenience and functionality for visitors.
