For a uniquely themed Òagro-modernÓ lifestyle center in Southern California, Orchard at Stone Creek was designed to recall the turn-of-the-century citrus fruit industry so prominent in this region. GF helped implement the master plan design through construction documents and construction administration while also providing some front-end development services. The design incorporates materials such as simple wood slat-sided barns, distressed corrugated metals, and era-specific graphics billboards and signage. This 50-acre center contains a host of retail, restaurants, and in-line configurations throughout the site.
