GF provided architectural and development services for Orchard at Stone Creek, a uniquely themed agro-modern lifestyle center in Southern California. GF supported the project through master planning, construction documents, and construction administration, in addition to providing front-end development services.
The design pays homage to the region’s turn-of-the-century citrus industry, incorporating materials such as wood-slat barns, distressed corrugated metal, and era-inspired graphics, billboards, and signage. Spanning 50 acres, the center features a mix of retail, restaurants, and in-line spaces thoughtfully integrated throughout the site.
