GF provided full architecture services for their first two Orange County, CA locations: an in-line store in Aliso Viejo, and a stand-alone store in Irvine. Serving food that is hand-crafted fresh every day with bold flavors, vibrant ingredients, and its patrons’ healthy lifestyle in mind.
The restaurant’s design features a pale green, curvilinear soffit around the dining room’s perimeter, which is juxtaposed against the more intense green and orange walls. Tile flooring delineates high-traffic areas, with carpeting defining the seating areas, which include a combination of tables and chairs, and high-back banquettes.
