One Ten Third Avenue

Residential developer, Toll Brothers, turned to GF to build their first high-rise building in New York City. This 21-story development consists of 77 condominium units and approximately 2,200 SF of ground floor commercial lease space. Floor-to-ceiling window walls were incorporated into the design to give it a slightly edgy, contemporary look, characteristic of the neighborhood. Balconies were included on floors 7 through 21 to provide owners with prime views over the East Village but also to diversify the product types available to consumers. Cabana-style patios are located at the top as additional outdoor space.
