GF provided architectural and interior design services for Toll Brothers’ first high-rise condominium in New York City, completed in 2007. This 21-story development includes 77 luxury condominium units and approximately 2,200 SF of ground-floor commercial lease space.
The design features floor-to-ceiling window walls, giving the building a contemporary, slightly edgy aesthetic that reflects the character of the East Village. Balconies on floors 7 through 21 offer residents prime views of the neighborhood and diversify the unit types available. Cabana-style patios at the top provide additional outdoor living space.
