Bayard House will be a 53-unit condominium apartment building located in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn. These two, six-story buildings will include basement level parking, fitness facilities as well as common and private roof-top terraces. The project’s design includes striking cantilevered floor structures which reach out over adjoining properties. This design solution maximizes the developable floor area within the limiting bulk regulations. The design also features the use of flush black zinc panel cladding.
