The balance of the residential spaces consist of 16 one bedroom units, and 100 studio apartments. Features of the facility’s large core include a lounge, lobby, 2 dining rooms, concierge and administrative services, and other support spaces such as a kitchen and laundry. Various activity spaces for tenants are included on both floors. Other features include a Porte-Cochere and 2 private, internal courtyards for resident use.
