GF designed Charleston’s Indigo Hall, a two-story, 120,600 SF assisted living facility offering 156 units, including 40 dedicated to Memory Care. The remaining residences consist of 16 one-bedroom units and 100 studio apartments. Focused on comfort and convenience, the facility features a spacious central core with a lounge, lobby, two dining rooms, concierge services, administrative offices, a full-service kitchen, and laundry facilities. Residents have access to various activity spaces across both floors, along with a porte-cochere and two private internal courtyards, providing spaces for relaxation and socialization.
