GF’s proposal for a luxury, extended stay hotel and residence along the beach in Mexico was designed so each unit had views out to the ocean. The development is composed of 195 units, with spa, exercise rooms, expansive bar and restaurant, tennis courts, meeting rooms and children’s play areas held within 885,000 SF. At the heart of the complex are gracious and playful, cascading terraces of pools and lounge areas leading guests down to the white sandy beaches.
