Located in Hardeville, SC on 26 acres, this new 70,000 square foot charter school is separated into elementary (kindergarten through fifth grade) in one wing, middle school (sixth through eighth grade) in another wing, and high school (ninth through 12th grade) in the third wing. The K-12th grade curriculum incorporates a STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, math) focus to provide students with the training they need to function in the modern economy. Arts integration and project-based learning fit perfectly into this program. GF provided planning, architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture services for RLOA’s new facility, which accommodates 740 students. GF also assisted the owner with USDA loan applications.
