Summers Orthodontics is a 7,600 SF medical office building on a prominent corner next to a school in Greenville, South Carolina. The design is inspired by a variety of old warehouses and buildings in downtown Greenville and features exposed brick, wood trusses, ductwork, and a wood ceiling. This 2-story office comprises 10 treatment bays, 2 private imaging and exam rooms, lab space, reception, an upstairs employee break area, conference room, and a covered outdoor patio. In the client waiting area, the large space is equipped with movie viewing and gaming rooms for children and teen entertainment.
