Summers Orthodontics is a 7,600 SF medical office building located in Greenville, South Carolina. GF’s design team worked closely with the client to capture their vision, drawing inspiration from the historic warehouses and buildings of downtown Greenville. The 2-story building features exposed brick, wood trusses, ductwork, and a wooden ceiling, giving it an industrial yet warm aesthetic. The layout includes 10 treatment bays, 2 private imaging and exam rooms, lab space, a reception area, an upstairs employee break area, a conference room, and a covered outdoor patio. The spacious waiting area offers entertainment for children and teens, with movie viewing and gaming rooms designed for a fun and relaxing experience.
