GF provided architectural services for The Marlowe, a multi-family residential garden apartment project. This development features 245 units across approximately 435,000 square feet. The residential buildings are designed as 3-story walk-ups with breezeways, utilizing Type V-B wood construction and equipped with NFPA 13R sprinkler systems. The project also includes a pool building (chemical storage), a maintenance building, and a mail kiosk building.
