Located in Greenville County, South Carolina, Gordon Mill was designed as an 89,000 SF mixed-use redevelopment. The existing mill on the site was repurposed into office spaces, a shelter space for Safe Harbor, an organization which offers services to victims of domestic violence, and a new multi-family building, which offers 116 affordable housing units to the residents of West Greenville.
