GF designed The Sanctuary, one of the most exclusive luxury lake communities in the Southeast, offering expansive wooded and waterfront lots on Lake Wylie. As the first LEED-certified development in Mecklenburg County, this project set a new standard for sustainable luxury living. Key eco-friendly features include solar-heated hot water, a high-efficiency heating and cooling system, energy-efficient appliances, and advanced insulation for superior energy performance.
This project received the Commercial Wood Design Award.
