The GF urban architecture team converted this 4-story office space, into a contemporary residential building that hosts studio lofts. Located just south of Prospect Park in Flatbush, Brooklyn, 515 Ocean Avenue embraces its modern, industrial-style aesthetic with elements like concrete coffered ceilings, concrete-paneled walls, and exposed brick. The building offers 24 residential units and each studio provides a comfortable 700-750 SF space. The units feature amenities such as spa-like bathrooms, elevated platformed sleeping areas, and in-unit washers and dryers. Additionally, 515 Ocean Avenue offers its residents’ backyard greenspace, rooftop amenities, and a fitness room in the basement.
