GF played a pivotal role in the renovation and development of the Alpha Mill Apartments, a project that earned a prestigious Preservation Award. This transformative project repurposed a historic cotton mill from the early 20th century, incorporating three preserved buildings alongside seven newly constructed apartment structures. The adaptive reuse of the historic buildings features a variety of apartment types, including lofts, standard apartments, and efficiencies, complemented by modern amenities and a leasing office. The project not only preserved the building’s architectural heritage but also revitalized the area, providing high-quality living spaces in a historically significant location.
