A Preservation Award winning project, Alpha Mill Apartment Complex is rehabilitation and development of a turn-of-the-century cotton mill. The complex is comprised of 3 historical buildings and 7 separate new-construction apartment buildings. The historical buildings contain a variety of apartment types such as lofts, flats, and efficiencies as well as the amenities support area and leasing office.
