The CTE Innovation Center at Roper Mountain Science Center in Greenville, South Carolina, provides students throughout the Greenville County School district with emerging career and technology education in conjunction with local industry partners. This 30,000 SF education facility features brand new science labs and classrooms, each unique for specific programs that the CTE Innovation Center offers: Robotics, Clean Energy Technology, Cybersecurity/IT, Aerospace, and Emerging Automotive Research. The design approach was tailored to engage students in a project-based, hands-on learning experience that motivates the student’s passion for their field of study and reflects the real-world work experience.
