Bob Evans is a family restaurant chain and has over 500 locations in 18 states, mostly in the Mid-Atlantic, Midwestern, and Southeastern portions of the United States.
Wanting to attract a younger demographic and increase overall sales, GF’s architects and engineers assisted Bob Evans in their major refresh and remodel program. The restaurants now include a bakery and carry-out service, Wi-Fi service, and an updated retail area.
As the lead architect, GF provided prototype development, field surveys, concept planning, construction documents, and online project and program management services. GF’s architects and engineers have been involved in over 200 projects to date within 10 of the 18 states in which they are located.
