The new 31,000 SF Foothills YMCA in Seneca, SC has been constructed utilizing two pre-engineered structures. The facility features a large lobby with informal seating and gathering areas, a 6-lane indoor pool, a wellness center, two group exercise rooms, a spin room, a nursery/childcare area, a teen room, locker rooms, toilets, and administration areas. The project was designed with future expansion options for a gym, a therapy pool, and water park. Site elements include an entry drive/drop-off, 255-space parking, sidewalks, outdoor fitness areas, and a multi-purpose field.
