GF provided design services for the new 31,000 SF Foothills YMCA in Seneca, SC, a state-of-the-art facility constructed using two pre-engineered structures. The facility features a spacious lobby with informal seating and gathering areas, a six-lane indoor pool, a wellness center, two group exercise rooms, a dedicated spin room, a nursery and childcare area, a teen room, locker rooms, restrooms, and administrative spaces.
Designed with future expansion in mind, the project allows for the addition of a gymnasium, therapy pool, and water park. Site amenities include an entry drive with drop-off access, a 255-space parking lot, sidewalks, outdoor fitness areas, and a multi-purpose field.
