GF renovated the Grande Dunes Clubhouse at 8700 Golf Village Lane in Myrtle Beach, SC, enhancing both its functionality and guest experience. Originally built in 2000, the 8,500 SF facility features a 3,010 SF restaurant and a 1,321 SF ProShop. The renovation focused on modernizing these spaces while staying within a $400-500K budget, including FF&E and ProShop fixtures.
To align with the remodel of the adjacent 18-hole golf course, the renovation followed a strategic timeline—design began in late February 2022, construction started in May, and the project was completed in October. The result is a revitalized clubhouse with updated amenities, creating a fresh and welcoming environment for members and guests.
