Consisting of three lower levels and two above-ground levels, Manhattan Mall underwent a dramatic transformation to maximize visibility, improve circulation, and incorporate a major anchor tenant; the access and circulation were improved to more readily move patrons throughout the mall. The core and atrium were redesigned while portions of the exterior façade were re-cladded while the mall was still in use.
