GF provided site planning, landscape architecture, and land planning services for Riverview at Kiawah, a private and gated resort community located on Kiawah Island, SC. This 11-acre development offers vacation-style living for permanent residents, featuring 23 single-family homes and 24 luxury townhomes. Amenities include a pool, clubhouse, dock, and dog park.
The landscape design aimed to create a beautiful maritime forest feel, in keeping with the indigenous landscape of the Lowcountry. It features wading bird shelves, planted cypress trees, native shrubs, and grasses.
