Located in Manizales, Colombia, the Sancancio Shopping Mall is a vibrant commercial center designed to provide a welcoming and engaging environment for shoppers. GF approached the design with four key objectives: to integrate the local community by creating spaces for entertainment and recreation, to attract multiple generations by diversifying the market and remodeling the existing shopping center, to promote sustainability by maximizing the use of existing construction and incorporating ecotechnologies, and to instill confidence in users by integrating renowned brands and services throughout the mall.
