After previously assisting with entitlements for the anchor tenant, GF planned and designed a 34,000 SF addition to this shopping center. Situated on a four-acre site, the expansion includes in-line retail tenants and two fast-casual restaurants that complement the anchor. The site now features three buildings: a main 26,341 SF structure housing the majority of retail tenants, and two additional buildings, each approximately 4,000 SF, accommodating a bank and two restaurants.
