After previously helping with entitlements for the anchor tenant, GF planned and designed the 34,000 SF addition to this shopping center. On the four-acre site, retail tenants compliment the anchor through in-line retailers and two fast-casual restaurants. Three total buildings now occupy the site with a main 26,341 SF building featuring the majority of retail tenants, while two buildings, each approximately 4,000 SF in size, contain a bank and two restaurants.
