Tri-County Technical College engaged the team of Paulien & Associates Academic Planners and GF to prepare a phased master facility plan for TCTC’s main campus and ITC campus located in Pendleton, SC, as well as the three County Community Campuses located in Anderson, Easley and Oconee. The master plan would include an analysis of the current campuses and the creation of solutions to accommodate an optimal number of students for the next 10-20 years. The master planning process consisted of the following key components: Comprehensive Environmental Scan, Academic Plan (including space utilization study and stakeholder engagement), Facilities Conditions Evaluation and a Strategic Facility Implementation Plan.
