This creative 234,122 SF mixed-use residential and retail concept adds chic living and shopping to the Brooklyn Borough. GF designed this 13-story mixed-use tower to attract upscale residents through features such as a 13,000 SF common roof deck with 33,000 SF of base-level retail. Amenities for the 160 rental units include a residential lounge and fitness room.
