GF provided architecture and interior design for this 234,122 SF mixed-use residential and retail project, bringing elevated living and shopping to Brooklyn. The 13-story tower features 160 thoughtfully designed rental units, complemented by a 13,000 SF rooftop common deck and 33,000 SF of ground-level retail.
