This 100,000 SF facility showcases our innovative approach to urban integration. The 4-story establishment, with its 3-story street-facing sections, seamlessly aligns with the adjacent apartment building, creating a harmonious streetscape.
Our facility offers ample on-site parking for customers, ensuring convenience and ease of access. In adherence to sensitive urban-setting regulations and cost-reduction strategies, GF implemented the cost-effective SS-20 Structural System. We met DRB requirements for durable wall cladding materiality and preserved the native Grand trees on the premises, highlighting our dedication to sustainability and community values.
