Located in Charleston, South Carolina, the 100,000 SF Extra Storage facility was designed as a 4-story establishment with 3-story street-facing sections to align the top of the building with the adjacent apartment building. The grounds feature ample parking for customers on-site. Thoughtful of sensitive urban-setting regulations and cost-reduction strategies, GF implemented a cost-effective SS-20 Structural System, met DRB requirements for durable wall cladding materiality, and preserved native Grand trees on the premises.
