Noble Smoke BBQ is located on Freedom Drive on the western corridor of the city. GF was the architect of record for re-purposing the 10,000 SF old bus depot building. The space includes a 1,400 SF event space, a 200-person patio and a biergarten. In this unique project, Hyde Brewing teamed up with Chef Jim Noble to provide the brewery component to the best new BBQ restaurant in Charlotte. GF is also providing architectural services for Hyde Brewing with an estimated completion in 2020. We partnered with Johnson Studios for the interior design, Vision Builders for the kitchen equipment design and Doerre Construction for completing the up-fit.
