GF designed the Thrive Senior Living campus in Augusta, Georgia, a two-story assisted living facility spanning 62,400 square feet. This structure includes 85 units: 24 Memory Care units, 45 1-Bedroom Assisted Living units, and 16 studio apartments.
The facility features essential amenities such as a lounge, lobby, two dining rooms, concierge and administrative services, as well as auxiliary spaces like a kitchen and laundry. Both floors accommodate various activity spaces for residents, and the main entrance includes a Porte-Cochere for convenience.
Three private internal courtyards are integrated into the design, enhancing the living experience for residents.
