This six-story, 40 unit, loft-style residential building was designed to blend into an emerging neighborhood in Brooklyn. Located near a proposed state park in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, it incorporates jumbo-norman sized bricks and window-wall glass giving an upscale industrial appearance. All of the units have a view of the park, the East River, or the Manhattan skyline. The building is composed of 58,000 SF of residential space, 18,000 SF of cellar space for mechanical equipment, a gym, common area, and a 25 vehicle parking garage.
