GF provided architectural design services for Paxton Point Hope, a garden-style apartment community located on a 16-acre site within the Cainhoy Plantation community in North Charleston, SC. Developed by the Spectrum Companies, the community consists of 274 units with one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a saltwater swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, dog park, and various courtyard areas. Cainhoy Plantation is a mixed-use development, integrating residential, retail, and commercial spaces.
