Inspired by Charleston’s iconic hidden gardens, intimate alleys, and charming courtyards, the development blends classic Charleston architecture with modern design elements to offer a timeless yet contemporary living experience. GF was responsible for designing all units and successfully navigating the project through Charleston’s Board of Architectural Review, ensuring the development harmonized with the city’s historic character while meeting modern living standards.
