Restore at Carolina Park is a planned purpose-built community with the Carolina Park development in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. The community features a variety of housing options from owned cottages to leased apartment flats to assisted living and memory care for residents of every age. Restore at Carolina Park will serve adults who seek an active, wellness-oriented community located just minutes from downtown Charleston and surrounding amenities and beaches. Construction started in April on the Memory Care and Assisted Living facility which will house 48 Assisted Living rooms, 32 Memory Care Units, and 12 Independent Living Units on 5 acres. The first cottages, apartment flats and the amenity center are scheduled to open Summer 2021.
The community’s amenities focus on the best practices for overall health and will include: +/-$4 million-dollar resort-style amenity center, state-of-the-art fitness facility offering daily programming, pickle ball and bocce ball courts, a waterfront amphitheater, a community wellness garden, a demonstration kitchen, a movie theater, a clubhouse that includes locker rooms with a dry sauna and treatment room, and resort pool with outdoor fireplace and grills.
