Located in Charleston, SC, the land of Storey Farms was successfully rezoned due to farm owner, Jeremy Storey, having his Farm Stand on a separate parcel than where his farming operations live. GF’s design team coordinated with Charleston County and Jeremey Storey to rezone the land from AGR (Agricultural Residential) to a Planned Development (PD), which allows him to continue his operations for The Market at Storey Farms to plan for appropriate growth and expansion.
