GF provided architecture, landscape architecture, and design services for Sunny Days Entertainment’s new corporate headquarters located in the Owings Industrial Park. The 211,500 SF facility includes a tilt-wall warehouse space and 11,000 SF of administrative offices. The site also features employee parking, truck courts and docks, management ponds, and utilities. Inside, the office area is designed with open workspaces, private offices, conference rooms, team and collaboration rooms, as well as a kitchen, breakroom, and additional storage areas.
