GF provided architecture and interior design services for The Adair, a residential development in Charlotte, NC, featuring 96 affordable 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. Select units offer private balconies, thoughtfully designed to provide residents with a peaceful retreat and a connection to the surrounding natural environment. Community amenities such as a fitness center, clubhouse, playground, and additional storage foster a sense of belonging and convenience. The Adair was designed to create a warm and functional space tailored to meet the needs of its residents.
As part of Phase II, GF also designed The Alden Club, a 6,000 SF clubhouse for the development. The Alden Club repurposes the design of the Phase I clubhouse, incorporating leasing areas, a conference room, a computer center, fitness facilities, and a club area for residents. This market-rate clubhouse is designed to provide a modern, community-focused space where residents can work, relax, and gather.
