GF provided architectural services for The Kingston, a multi-family development located in Charlotte’s historic South End. The project introduces the area’s first “soft lofts,” offering a distinctive living experience with 10-foot ceilings, brick veneer on both interior and exterior walls, and wood floors. The design thoughtfully blends the site’s rich history with modern living spaces. The four-story building includes ground-level retail space, while the upper three floors house 12 residential units, with four units on each level. This development enhances the neighborhood by preserving its historical character while providing contemporary amenities.
