GF provided architecture, landscape architecture, and interior design services for Waterside at the Catawba, a thoughtfully designed community. The centerpiece of the development is the lodge-inspired clubhouse, aptly named The Lodge at Waterside. The clubhouse offers a variety of amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, meeting room, kitchen, and office space. The large deck overlooking the pool and lazy river provides a perfect spot to socialize and unwind. Inside, the main Great Room features a striking two-sided fireplace, enhancing the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the space.
