Upon entering the community, Waterside at the Catawba you are greeted by the lodge-inspired clubhouse aplty names the Lodge at Waterside. The clubhouse amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, meeting room, kitchen and office space. The large deck overlooking the pool and lazy river is the perfect place to meet with friends and relax. The main Great Room of the Lodge has a large, two-sided fireplace.
