M West, a mixed-use, retail/residential community in Atlanta, Georgia is located at the center of the Northwest Corridor- an emerging, mixed-used redevelopment zone. The community features 183 loft style town homes and approximately 10,000 SF of retail space. Amenities include a clubhouse with a fitness center, two parks, a ten acre nature preserve and walking trails. Since M West is forging a new path into an industrial area, the design team chose contemporary styling for the architecture to establish a powerful new tone for the emerging neighborhood.
