Our team supported Panera with site evaluations, identifying constraints, and navigating jurisdictional requirements to assess project feasibility. Once a site was selected, we managed each project from initial kickoff through design, permitting, and close-out, ensuring their 4,000+/- SF stores were delivered on schedule and within budget.
