Over the past 10 years, GF has provided Civil Engineering and Land Development Services on over 50 Panera projects throughout the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Upper Midwest regions.
In addition to the standard Land Development and Program Management services, Panera relies heavily on GF to assist them in evaluating proposed deals, site constraints, and jurisdictional hurdles to determine the feasibility for every project.
Once a site is selected, the GF team drives the project from initial kick-off into design/permitting, and through to project close-out to ensure their 4,000+/- SF stores are completed on schedule and within budget.
