Originally the Celanese Water Plant, this industrial icon was transformed into a 11,287 SF multi-level restaurant & bar. The design incorporates the industrial vibe of the plant while giving the restaurant an upscale feel. The building cantilevers over the Catawba River offering astonishing views of the river itself and the surrounding area. This project is part of a larger mixed-use community in the River District at Riverwalk, Rock Hill, SC.
